When you make a booking with Lj events you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, which are set out below.
Lj events operates a zero tolerance policy on intoxication for health and safety reasons. No alcohol or drugs are permitted on our events. Anyone found to be under the influence of either of these will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.
Lj events reserve the right to remove anyone found to be acting in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.
You agree to act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else or effect of property. Aggressive, rude, intimidating, threatening and unreasonable behaviour towards any member of public or staff at the event or venue will Not be tolerated and will result in removal.
Lj Events accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss to personal belongings. We would urge you to protect your property and keep all valuables and belongings safe. Lj events will not be responsible for any damage, loss of equipment or property that may occur on the way, during or on the journey home after an event.
Lj events reserve the right to cancel an event due to adverse weather conditions. We will provide as much notice as possible to our guests travelling to the location. Guests will be offered a refund or credit in this circumstance due to no party being at fault.
There are occasions when events are cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Lj events, if an event is cancelled then a full refund will be given of monies that have been paid to Lj event ticket/s for the event you have booked. However if the event is re-scheduled Lj events may set where deemed necessary limitations on any refunds requested as in Lj events will not refund any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation of an event, this includes time off, travel or hotel costs.
Lj events reminds all guests that they are attending the event at their own risk. Lj events accepts no liability for any accident, injury or incident to a guest however it may have been caused. Lj events visits site and does a risk assessment to foresee any potential problems, hazards and dangers in order to eliminate them before an event. This may be obtainable should you feel it necessary.
All guests are encouraged to behave in a safe, responsible and courteous manner. Guests are encouraged not to climb on surfaces or touch props without permission from the prop/stall owners.
There are strict laws on smoking & Vaping indoors and Lj events will not allow any guests or staff to smoke/Vape during an event, except in those areas designated by the venue.
Some parts of the location may not be suitable for Guest's disabilities. Lj events values all it's customers/guest's and we endeavour to make as many of our guests comfortable and areas as accessible as possible. However some areas may not be accessible due to all needs and regulations of the building/event.
Lj events may at times take photographs and record events for our records. The footage taken may be used by Lj events and appear on the internet or in the media. Should this concern you please make this known to a volunteer or staff at the event. We will do our best to assist.
All payments are non refundable. Locations that we hold events for are paid in advance and we are liable for these cost
Complaints- If you are unhappy with an event you attended please speak to us before you leave the event so we can address what issues you may have, unfortunately no refunds will be given. We consider it unreasonable legally if you take no action during the actual event.
All bookings made through Lj events means your in acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and may change at any time without prior notice or written notice and your booking demonstrates acceptance by you. Should thee be a situation that will effect the event this will be addressed publicly. Lj events will do its best to share this information but will not be responsible for guests not checking media or emails.
Lj events are not responsible for foods/foodstuffs supplied by third parties such as a venue who has supplied these or another guest.
Lj events are not responsible for any fines incurred whilst you attend the event. This includes parking near a venue or litter disposal outside of a venue.
Tickets are None transferable. Any tickets sold on without pre agreement may be cancelled with NO refund. Lj events does NOT permit hiking or touting.
Guest's will not be permitted to enter the venue until tickets are checked by the staff/volunteers. Guests causing line disruption to gain access will be asked to leave. Please be patient and respect this and arrive on time. Should you have additional or mobility needs please speak with staff/volunteers.
If guests wish to leave the venue and return you must be stamped. If you are not stamped you will not be allowed access back in to the venue. This is to prevent tickets being passed on or duplicated.
Venues advise that food/beverages from outside the event can not be consumed inside their venue. ​Should you have any issues or concerns with your visit please let us know in advance so we can assist and provide you with the best experience we can if we are able.
